Celebrate Earth Day with us

Come to Genoa Park on April 22 between noon and 7PM for our annual Earth Day Columbus Celebration!

Make a difference

We all want Columbus and Central Ohio to be a little greener! You can help by volunteering at one of many service sites in your area to plant trees, remove trash, or a work at a community garden. Bring your friends, family, and others to come and help!

If you are interested in participating at a service site with your office, church, or organization, we will work with you to get you going.  Click below to find a service site. (If you volunteered last year, your login still works!)

Feedback from Earth Day Columbus 2017

“What a difference a few hours made in how the wetland research park looks! I can't believe how many bags of trash were collected and I feel lucky to have been part of the effort! Looking forward to next year!”

Get Involved

Thousands of Central Ohio residents use Earth Day Volunteer Week to coordinate local service sites to plant trees, clean up local green spaces, or host educational opportunities. If you are interested in creating a volunteer site for your office, church, or organization, you can work with us to set up a neighborhood litter cleanup, tree planting, or other community project. If you are looking for a volunteer opportunity, check back in March to browse the dozens of sites that will be available. At the end of Volunteer Week, Columbus' green community will come together for a day of celebration, music, and food!
