The Smart Columbus Ride & Drive Roadshow is coming to Earth Day Columbus! You’re invited to get behind the wheel of some of the newest electric vehicles on the market and learn how easy, efficient and affordable it is to be a part of the future of transportation in Columbus. Register now for a test drive.

Dortmunder, Holy Moses, Cloud Cutter and  Commodore Perry to the party. We will also serve Beermosas!

A very special mixed drink from Middle West Spirits will also be available to toast Earth Day Columbus’ success.**

**must show valid ID to prove over the legal drinking age of 21 years.

If you plan on test driving an EV enjoy the libations after the ride (we will test alcohol levels)

EV Tailgate

Drive Electric Ohio is organizing an electric vehicle tailgate. Real people bring their personal electric vehicles to Earth Day. They show off their cars and provide honest first hand information about what it is like to be a driver of the future.


Getting There

Come as you are. We recommend you arrive by

  • bike - a valet organized by Yay!Bikes will be available on the  corner of Washington Blvd and Broad St
  • bus - COTA is always available, and the Circulator Line (CBus) is the easiest way to move downtown 
  • car2go and forget paying for parking (sign up to become a member if you haven't done so)
  • carpool and spend even more time with your friends!
 
 

Don't forget

  • Please bring good vibes and positive energy!
  • Please adhere to all parking rules and laws. Green Columbus is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Lost and Found located at Green Columbus’ tent located next to the fountains at Genoa Park.
  • Outside food and outside beverages are not permitted within the cordoned area at Genoa Park for the duration of this zero-waste event. Please bring reusable water bottles and food containers.
  • Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased with a valid ID. Only two (2) drinks may be purchased at one time. Green Columbus event staff has the right to deny an alcoholic beverage to any guest at Genoa Park for any reason at any time.
  • Don't drink and (test) drive. If you sign up for a test drive have your beer after the ride.
  • Friendly pets permitted, but please mind environmental factors such as loud noises and young children.
