Green Columbus

Green Columbus, a 501(c)3 organization, is dedicated to promoting sustainable living throughout Central Ohio by providing meaningful forums, raising awareness and encouraging local action. Green Columbus was formed in 2007 when Central Ohio environmental leaders organized a citywide, service-driven, Earth Day celebration.

Green Columbus also facilitates ongoing environmental action via Green Drinks, a monthly networking program, and other initiatives. Green Columbus is currently working to create an environmental programs hub that contributes to the success of Central Ohio’s environmentally focused nonprofits and additional programs that will continue to encourage interaction among the environmentally conscious so effective partnerships can create environmental value and recognition to the region.
